RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR ICE PRINCESS LEGACY

 

Returns

 

We understand that returns happen and your satisfaction is very important to us. If, however, a purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly refund the item. We will accept returned goods within 30 days of online purchase for a refund, or store credit.

 

Items must be returned unused – any returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted for a return. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only.

 

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Refunds will be credited to the same card, or Paypal account used for purchase upon receipt and inspection of your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Returns are free of charge for Domestic orders. A prepaid label will be emailed to you.  RMA may be requested by customerservice@iceprincessnyc.com.

 

Final Sale Items

Clearance items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.

 

Special Order Items

Special order items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.

 

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately. The above return policy applies. Shipping is complementary on the replacement item.
